Last night I took a few of my things to a venue in Provo called ‘Velour’. It’s a pretty neat little venue, right on University Avenue and in the heart of old downtown. Dark, aged wood floors, exposed brick, and full of very cool old, well.. just about everything you could think of. Antique chairs, phonograph parts, the neatest wallpaper plus a million other things. I have a weakness for old objects.
Corey, Velour’s main man, invited me to be a part of a big market they are having this weekend. There will be a couple of brooches, magnets, necklaces, cards, paper goods and a handful of prints of mine that will be available for sale, not to mention a bunch of one-of-a-kind vintage items from the market.
The market starts Friday the 5th, running from noon until midnight and continues Saturday from noon to four pm.
If you live in Utah you should go!
